Pricing

Microsoft Dynamics GP provides you with the option to choose from two editions of pre-selected software functionality; Business Essentials (BE) and Advanced Management (AM), you can then add components to complete your solution.

Business Essentials costs from £1,110 per concurrent user and Advanced Management from £1,960 per concurrent user. Unlike Business Essentials, Advanced Management has an option for Business Portal users so that you can offer your elected suppliers/customers privilege-defined access to the system. Business Portal users cost just under £25 each.

Business Essentials: Microsoft Dynamics GP Business Essentials offers a solution built for rapid installation, data migration, and ease of use, packaged and priced for companies on a growth path. Applications in the Business Essentials Edition include:
